1. Overview
High-End Photo is committed to producing photographic prints of the highest professional standard. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, duration, terms and conditions applicable to our Premium Prints and Ultra Premium Prints.
This warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
2. Products Covered
2.1 Premium Prints
Includes:

“Premium” photographic prints
-
Printed on premium paper (240–260 gsm)
-
Digital and analogue photographs
Warranty period: 6 months from the date of print.
2.2 Ultra Premium Prints
Includes:
-
“Ultra Premium” photographic prints
-
Printed on premium plus and ultra premium paper (230–400 gsm)
-
Black and white photographs
-
Digital and analogue photographic prints
Warranty period: 12 months from the date of print.
3. What Is Covered
During the applicable warranty period, High-End Photo guarantees that the photographic prints listed above are free from material defects in print quality under normal display and storage conditions.
This warranty covers:

Colour fading or shifting
-
Loss of contrast
-
Deterioration of black density
-
Yellowing
-
Other print deterioration resulting from normal use
-
Material defects attributable to the printing process
Coverage applies only when prints are displayed or stored in appropriate indoor conditions, away from excessive humidity, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or chemical exposure.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage (including tearing, creasing, liquid damage or staining)

Improper handling or storage
-
Damage caused by exposure to direct sunlight or UV light beyond normal indoor conditions
-
Environmental damage (excessive heat, moisture, damp, mould, smoke or pollutants)
-
Damage caused by framing materials not suitable for archival photographic display
-
Alterations or modifications made after delivery
-
Normal wear and tear outside reasonable display conditions
5. Warranty Claims Procedure
To make a claim under this warranty:

Contact High-End Photo at www.highendphoto.co.uk or in writing to the address above.

Provide proof of purchase and the original date of print.
-
Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.
-
Return the affected print if requested.
All claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
6. Remedy
If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, High-End Photo will, at its discretion:

Reprint the photograph at no additional cost; or
-
Provide a replacement of equivalent quality; or
-
Offer a refund where reprinting is not reasonably possible.
High-End Photo’s liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the print.
7. Limitation of Liability
High-End Photo shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential loss
-
Loss of profits, business or opportunity
-
Emotional or sentimental value associated with the image
This warranty applies solely to the physical print and not to the digital file, image content or intellectual property.
8. General Conditions
-
The warranty period begins on the date the print is produced.
-
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
-
This policy is governed by the laws of Scotland.
